Signup with AOL Broadband for £19.99 a month and recieve a free Dell 1530 Laptop worth around £450.

As ever there are a few catches - firstly its a 24 month contract, a delivery charge of £14.99 applies and there is a 40GB download limit.

However ignoring that by spending about £480 on Broadband you get a £450 laptop and an 8mb connection at about £1.25 a month. Bargain if you ask me.
