It hopes this measure will help to deter people from calling and asking "is the Internet down?". Why they don`t just add more staff to cope with the number of calls is unknown! Given the trend for other ISP`s to move away from premium support numbers towards 0870 and even 0845 numbers - this seems to be a step in the wrong direction!
